There are many ways that you can help the Person County Republican Party. It doesn't take a lot of time but it does take some effort to stay informed and be active.

• Help organize your neighborhood
• Be informed about the issues by reading
• Register to vote and get your neighbors to register
• Attend party functions and meetings
• Make phone calls for the party
• Pass out printed materials
• Make a commitment to vote in EVERY election
• Work at the polls on Election Day
• Donate money (for regular monthly bills, for party advertising and promotions, for your favorite candidate)
• Write a letter to the editor of your newspaper and state your views
• Contact your elected officials on matters of importance to you
• Volunteer to be a delegate to the next convention
• Serve on a committee to plan a county-wide event (dinner or barbecue, speaking event, rally, convention, etc.)
• Work for your favorite candidate
• Run for office
• Sign up your friends
